LOUIS RIVER AND 4.5 MILES SOUTHWEST OF INDEPENDENCE, MINNESOTA. THE RIVER IS BASICALLY UNAFFECTED BY HUMAN DEVELOPMENT, MOSTLY NATURAL, WITH VERY LITTLE AGRICULTURAL INFLUENCE.
