MonitoringLocationDescriptionText From Fort Collins go North on 14/287 to the Poudre Valley. Head West throught the Poudre Valley approx 5 miles to the Picnic Rock recreation area on the south side of the river. Farther upstream there is another turnoff and recreation area called Picnic Rock. Sampling location is at the first (south east) Picnic Rock recreation area. Sampling site is located at teh northern edge of the parking lot on the Poudre River.
