MonitoringLocationDescriptionText Driving: once at south end of Pueblo, while on I-25, head south 20 miles, exit at Colorado City exit, HWY 165, go west. It is then 18 miles to little town of San Isabel. Keep heading west, about 8 or 9 miles, to Ophir Creek Campground, turn left. We sample close to the pay station.
