The method used to determine the coordinates was multiple coverages with various scales from the MO CARES map room at http://ims.missouri.edu/moims2008/step1AOI.aspx?status=NEW so the site coordinates were determined through interpolation from 2007 digital aerials, National Hydrography Dataset (NHD) coverage of relevant waterways, MODOT (2007) roads and highways base data, and city and town boundary (2007) base data all rectified by the Center for Applied Research and Environmental Systems, then converted from UTM to latitude/longitude with the program located at http://www.uwgb.edu/dutchs/UsefulData/UTMFormulas.htm.
