SITE 30 IS ONE OF SIXTEEN (NUMBERED 1833) LOCATED AT WILSONS CREEK DOWNSTREAM OF THE SOUTHWEST WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT. SITES ARE NUMBERED INCREASING UPSTREAM TO DOWNSTREAM AND ARE OUTSIDE OF WILSON'S CREEK NATIONAL BATTLEFIELD. THE DATA ARE FROM THE SOUTHWEST MISSOURI STATE UNIVERSITY MASTERS THESIS ENTITLED "HEAVY METAL CONTENT IN THE STREAM SEDIMENTS OF WILSON CREEK IN THE VICINITY OF THE SOUTHWEST WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT; GREENE COUNTY; MISSOURI;" BY LARRY DEAN PIERCE JR.; JULY 1992. SAMPLES WERE SIEVED AND ANALYSIS WAS PERFORMED ON PARTICLES OF MESH SIZE 140 TO 200. COLLECTION DATES WERE GIVEN AS MONTH ONLY; MIDMONTH DATES WERE ASSUMED.
