THE SITE IS LOCATED AT MIDDLE FASSNIGHT CREEK AND IS OUTSIDE OF WILSON'S CREEK NATIONAL BATTLEFIELD (WICR). THE DATA ARE FROM THE REPORT ENTITLED "PRELIMINARY SURVEY OF TOXIC CONDITIONS IN THE WILSON CREEK WATERSHED ABOVE AND THROUGH WILSON'S CREEK NATIONAL BATTLEFIELD; OCTOBER 922; 1989" BY DEL NIMMO; TERRI CRAIG; DAVID BEESON (NPSWRD; AFFILIATED WITH COLORADO STATE UNIVERSITY); AND ROBERT LAMAR (WICR). THE PURPOSE OF THE STUDY WAS TO DETERMINE AND DISTINGUISH THE POINT AND NONPOINT SOURCES OF TOXICITY IN WILSONS CREEK ABOVE AND WITHIN THE PARK. TOTAL AMMONIA VALUES WERE MEASURED INSTREAM.
