THE RIVER WAS SAMPLED AS PART OF A STUDY ON MACROINVERTEBRATES. THE STUDY MEASURED NITRATES; PHOSPHATES; PH; AND OTHER PARAMETERS AND WAS SPONSORED BY THE NATIONAL PARK SERVICE.
