MonitoringLocationDescriptionText THE STATION IS LOCATED ON THE FRENCH GULCH CA 7.5' SERIES (TOPOGRAPHIC) QUADRANGLE. THE SITE WAS DESCRIBED BY THE NPS AS "MILL CREEK" AND WAS LOCATED NEXT TO AN UNIMPROVED ROAD APPROXIMATELY 0.25 MILES SOUTH OF THE TRINITY MOUNTAIN ROAD AND STATE ROUTE 299 INTERSECTION INSIDE THE WHISKEYTOWNSHASTATRINITY NATIONAL RECREATION AREA (WHISKEYTOWN UNIT). THE DATA WERE COLLECTED FROM APPROXIMATELY 1972 UNTIL 1980 BY PARK PERSONNEL FOR FOURTEEN TOTAL LOCATIONS. THE DATA FOR EACH LOCATION WERE IN SEPARATELY BOUND FILES.
