THIS SPECIFIC SURVEY WAS CONDUCTED TO "DETERMINE THE PRESENT CONDITION OF VALLEY CREEK BEFORE COMPLETION OF A NEW SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT AT MALVERN TRAILER COURTS."
