STATION 7 IS LOCATED OUTSIDE OF VALLEY FORGE NATIONAL HISTORICAL PARK AT 50 YARDS UPSTREAM FROM WHERE SWEDESFORD ROAD CROSSES THE TRIBUTARY AT CHESTER VALLEY GOLF COURSE. DATA WERE SAMPLED BY THE PENNSYLVANIA DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AS PART OF AN ONGOING AQUATIC BIOLOGY INVESTIGATION. THIS SPECIFIC SURVEY WAS CONDUCTED TO "DETERMINE THE PRESENT CONDITION OF VALLEY CREEK BEFORE COMPLETION OF A NEW SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT AT MALVERN TRAILER COURTS."
