| MonitoringLocationDescriptionText | The station is located outside Tonto NM on the Two Bar Mountain AZ 7.5' U.S. Geological Survey topographic quadrangle. Data were collected at the station in 1986 by the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation (BOR) as part of a Spring and Well Inventory in support of the Theodore Roosevelt Dam Modification. The data derives from a 1987 BOR report entitled "Regional Geology and Ground Water". The report includes a map of the Spring and Well locations. A copy of this report is on file with the National Park Service Water Resources Division in Fort Collins CO. The map gives the topographic setting of this station as: Upland Draw. The type of spring is: Filtration. The lithology: Precambrian Diabase.
