THE STATION IS LOCATED INSIDE THE TIMUCUAN NATIONAL ECOLOGICAL AND HISTORIC PRESERVE BOUNDARY. THE SITE IS JUST UPSTREAM OF THE STATE ROUTE 105 BRIDGE ALONG THE RIGHT BANK OF CLAPBOARD CREEK. DATA ARE FROM A DATASONDE 3 HYDROLAB. DATA WERE COLLECTED BY THE USGSBRD IN ORDER TO COMPARE WATER QUALITY PARAMETERS IN OPEN AND CLOSED TIDAL CREEKS. INVESTIGATORS COLLECTING DATA WARNED THAT BIOFILM DEVELOPMENT ON THE HYDROLAB MAY HAVE FOULED RESULTS. ONLY RUDIMENTARY EDITS WERE MADE BY NPS PRIOR TO UPLOADING THE DATA TO STORET.
