THE DATA COMES FROM A REPORT PREPARED IN 1973 BY JACK TROYERA US FOREST SERVICE HYDROLOGIST. THE REPORT IS LABELED: THE WATER RESOURCE MINERAL KING/AN ANALYSIS OF THE QUANTITY AND QUALITY OF THE WATER RESOURCE. NO SPECIFIC DATE FOR THIS SITE IS GIVEN IN THE REPORT EVEN THOUGH THE DATA WAS COLLECTED BETWEEN 10/27/71 AND 9/7/72. TO INCLUDE THE DATA FROM THIS UNIQUE SITE AN ARBITRARY DATE OF 3/1/72 WAS CHOSEN. THE REPORT REFERS TO THE SPRING TESTED AS "CORAL ROCK WARM SPRING." IT SEEPED FROM A LARGE TUFA DEPOSIT AND MAINTAINED A CONSTANT TEMPERATURE OF 23 DEGREES CELSIUS. THE SPRING CURRENTLY AT CORAL ROCKS IS SEASONAL AND ITS TEMPERATURE HAS NOT BEEN CURRENTLY MEASURED. THE SITE IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF SEQUOIA KINGS CANYON NATIONAL PARK THREE RIVERS CALIFORNIA 93271. PH(206) 5653341.
