MonitoringLocationDescriptionText The Lynn Harbor station (S2 and HS1) was located adjacent to the Metropolitan District Commission boat launching ramp in Lynn Harbor. The moderately sloping sand and gravel beach was underlaid with mud. Sets of blue mussels, Mytilus edulis, dotted the sampling site. Irish moss, sea lettuce, and eel grass, Zostera marina, were found washed ashore. Seining was possible only at tidal stages of half tide and greater.
