MonitoringLocationDescriptionText The Short Beach shore station (S5 and HS3) was established on a gently sloping sand and pebble public bathing beach, approximately 250 yds in length. This site was bounded on the north and south by large rocks, and along the high tide mark by a concrete seawall. No salt marsh vegetation was present.
