FLEMING IN "SMALL NAVIGATION PROJECT; DETAILED PROJECT REPORT; AND ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT. SAUGUS RIVER; SAUGUS; AND LYNN; MASSACHUSETTS; MAY 1990." BY U.S. ARMY CORPS OF ENGINEERS.
