FLEMING IN "SMALL NAVIGATION PROJECT; DETAILED PROJECT REPORT; AND ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT. SAUGUS RIVER; SAUGUS; AND LYNN; MASSACHUSETTS; MAY 1990." BY U.S. ARMY CORPS OF ENGINEERS; NEW ENGLAND DIVISION. THE LATITUDE AND LONGITUDE COORDI NATES WERE ESTIMATED AND BASED ON STATION DESCRIPTIONS AND REPORT MAPS PROVIDED BY THE U.S. ARMY CORP OF ENGINEERS; NEW ENGLAND DIVISION.
