MonitoringLocationDescriptionText The site is located on Redwood Creek, approximately 0.7 miles downstream from the California State Highway 299 bridge, 400 feet upstream from the Lupton Creek mouth, and 9.1 miles east of Blue Lake, CA. At the site the channel consists of gravelbedded poolriffles with occasional boulders, bedrock outcrops, and large woody debris. USGS Gaging Station No. 11481500, the gage is cooperatively funded by the U.S. Geological Society, Redwoods National and State Parks, and the California Department of Water Resources.
