| MonitoringLocationDescriptionText | Headquarters Spring, also known as Split Rock Spring, is located west of Bear Creek in Bear Gulch and north of High Peaks Trail just after it has crossed the creek. Field notes indicated that the area was developed by a French drain flowing into a 20,000 gallon reservoir. The flow was from a 2inch steel pipe at the top of the reservoir below the land surface. The reinforced concrete reservoir was below the land surface and entrance was through a steel box at the surface. Flow into the reservoir was measured. |
