The branch and hollow do not have a name on USGS topo map, name is assigned by ONSR staff. Site is located 0.6 mi downstream of Fursman Spring. Both banks composed mix of soil, gravel and cobbles with moderate woody vegetation cover. Small water fall located 50 m upstream of site. Substrate is sand, gravel and cobble covered by silt.
