MonitoringLocationDescriptionText Sample site located approx. 15 m (45 ft) above mouth. There is a rock outcrop at mouth that is flat on top. The right descending bank is a eroding 2 m (6 ft) tall dirt bank with a 14 inch DBH ash tree with exposed roots. The left descending bank is silt with some horsetail. The substrate is gravel and cobble. The channel is <1 m (3 ft) wide. T28 R5 S8. UTM is 15 N 0631158, 4108178 (uncorrected). There is no blue line or name associated with this tributary on USGS map, the name has been assigned by NPS staff and mapped with Trimble GPS.
