| MonitoringLocationDescriptionText | Sample site is located 40 m (120 ft) downstream of spring outlet. The spring arises from a talus slope along a steep hillside on the right descending bank. There is a large vegetation-covered rock along the right descending bank with two large 48+ in DBH trees on the left descending bank, one sycamore and one ash. Both banks are silt with the channel substrate being cobble, gravel and sand. There are patches of aquatic vegetation throughout the channel. The channel is 4 m (12 ft) wide. T29 R4 S30. UTM is 15 N 0639297, 4112587 (uncorrected). |
