MonitoringLocationDescriptionText THE STATION IS LOCATED ON THE CARDIFF TENNESSEE 7.5 MINUTE SERIES (TOPOGRAPHIC) QUADRANGLE. THE SITE IS LOCATED OUTSIDE OF THE OBED WILD AND SCENIC RIVER (OBRI) BOUNDARIES AT CRAB ORCHARD CREEK NEAR FLAT ROCK FORD AT STREAM MILE 8.3. DATA WERE COLLECTED AND ANALYZED AT THIS SITE FROM 1973 THROUGH 1974 BY JOHN RIDDLE; A GRADUATE STUDENT AT TENNESSEE TECHNOLOGICAL UNIVERSITY; USING A HACH KIT (DREL/2; MODEL NUMBER 250605). TEMPERATURE; DISSOLVED OXYGEN; AND PH WERE MEASURED IN THE FIELD; ALL OTHER MEASUREMENTS WERE TAKEN IMMEDIATELY UPON RETURN FROM THE FIELD. DATA WERE SUMMARIZED IN A FINAL REPORT TITLED "CUMBERLAND PLATEAU MUSKELLUNGE INVESTIGATION." FOR MORE INFORMATION CONTACT THE CHIEF OF RESOURCES AT OBRI; P.O.
