| MonitoringLocationDescriptionText | This station is at Lafferty Gulch pools. The station represents a transect of the lower one-fourth of a small unnamed stream flowing in Lafferty Gulch. There were 6 pools along the transect which were sampled. This is an approximate location in the lower one-fourth of the gulch. Researchers described the stream as widely-spaced pools similar to Starling Basin, to very steep flowing through large boulders, then leveling off, with heavy canopy throughout. This stream receives sewage effluent from the headquarters area. |
