THE DATA WERE COLLECTED BY THE CITY MANAGER OF THE CITY OF WEST BRANCH TO MONITOR THE EFFECTS OF THE CITY'S WATER TREATMENT FACILITY; WHICH LIES ON THE SOUTHEAST SIDE OF THE CITY.
