MonitoringLocationDescriptionText This pond is fairly large, especially if the swampy wetland on its southwest end is included. The pond's margin is surrounded by black rush or needle rush, and cat tail interspersed with black willows. Sampling was confined to the western and northwestern parts of the pond adjacent to the old fortification and bunkers.
