ALBONDI AND WERE INCLUDED IN HIS DECEMBER 1976 REPORT "A PRELIMINARY EVALUATION OF STORMWATER AND SNOWMELT RUNOFF IN JACKSON; WYOMING." THE REPORT DISCUSSES THE WATER QUALITY OF FLAT CREEK AND ALSO MAKES RECOMMENDATIONS FOR STORMWATER MANAGEMENT AND ADDITIONAL RESEARCH.
