MonitoringLocationDescriptionText The spring near Colorado River Mile 213 river right discharges from the Bass Limestone. The site is across from Pumpkin Spring and 200 ft up and 200 ft in from the Colorado River. The site is within the boundary of Grand Canyon National Park, in the southwest portion of the park. The site is one of 56 stations monitored at four national park units in a survey of springs along the Colorado River by John Spence during 1997 and 1998.
