MonitoringLocationDescriptionText Mohawk Canyon Spring emerges at the base of a travertine deposit in the lower Muav Limestone at the east wall of drainage about 0.25 miles downstream from the major east tributary where the spring in main channel is marked on maps. Samples were collected at the point of issuance and discharge was measured in the main channel at a bedrock pourover 100 meters downstream. The USGS site ID is 361252112580901.
