THE SITE IS LOCATED AT THE NORTHERN MOST SPRING OFF OF JOHNSON LAKE; AND IS WITHIN THE BOUNDARIES OF GREAT BASIN NATIONAL PARK. THE DATA ARE FROM A MASTER'S THESIS PREPARED BY STEPHEN ACHAEMPONG; "ISOTOPE HYDROLOGY OF LEHMAN AND BAKER CREEKS DRAIN AGES; GREAT BASIN NATIONAL PARK; NEVADA." THIS THESIS WAS SUBMITTED TO THE DEPARTMENT OF GEOSCIENCE; UNIVERSITY OF NEVADA; LAS VEGAS IN AUGUST OF 1992. THE DATA WERE COLLECTED IN ORDER TO UNDERSTAND THE RECHARGE AND MIXING MECHANISMS OF WATER RESOURCES IN THE PARK USING ENVIRONMEN TALLY STABLE ISOTOPES OF DEUTERIUM AND OXYGEN18.
