DATA WERE COLLECTED BY ORION ENVIRONMENTAL ASSOCIATES AND CITY OF SAN FRANCISCO PERSONNEL TO MONITOR THE WATER QUALITY OF LOBOS CREEK DURING CONSTRUCTION OF A 10200FOOTLONG WASTEWATER TUNNEL. RESULTS ARE PRESENTED IN THE "RICHMOND TRANSPORT FACILITIES CONSTRUCTION PROJECT; ENVIRONMENTAL COMPLIANCE MONITORING SUMMARY REPORT; FINAL REPORT; JANUARY 1994 DECEMBER 1996;" PREPARED BY ORION ENVIRONMENTAL ASSOCIATES FOR THE CITY AND COUNTY OF SAN FRANCISCO; DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS; MARCH 1997. A "J" WAS USED TO INDICATE SUSPECT VALUES THOUGH VALUES ARE A RESULT OF ANALYTICAL MEASUREMENT.
