MonitoringLocationDescriptionText THE STATION IS LOCATED ON THE INVERNESS CALIFORNIAMARIN CO. 7.5 MINUTE SERIES (TOPOGRAPHIC) QUADRANGLE. THE SITE IS AT LAGUNITAS CREEK AT THE TOCALOMA PIPELINE CROSSING APPROXIMATELY 500 FEET UPSTREAM FROM NICASIO CREEK AND IS WITHIN THE GOLDEN GATE NATIONAL RECREATION AREA BOUNDARIES. WATER TEMPERATURE AND DISSOLVED OXYGEN CONCENTRATIONS WERE MEASURED AT THIS SITE IN THE FIELD TWICE WEEKLY FROM 9 JULY 1984 THROUGH 6 NOVEMBER 1984. MINIMUM AND MAXIMUM WATER TEMPERATURES THAT OCCURRED BETWEEN MEASUREMENTS WERE NOTED FROM RECORDING THERMOMETERS. THE RESULTS ARE IN "SUMMARY OF STUDY RESULTS AND PROPOSED MITIGATION MEASURESLAGUNITAS CREEK BASIN MARIN COUNTY CALIFORNIA" BY BRATOVICH AND KELLEY (OCTOBER 1988).
