THE STATION WAS AT AN UNNAMED STREAM AT THE ENTRANCE POINT OF A WETLAND AT HAZEL GROVE INSIDE OF FREDERICKSBURG AND SPOTSYLVANIA COUNTY BATTLEFIELDS MEMORIAL NATIONAL MILITARY PARK (FRSP). THE STREAM WAS SAMPLED AS PART OF A THESIS TO STUDY THE MECHANISMS OF PHOSPHORUS RETENTION IN WETLANDS. DATA ARE FROM A GEORGE MASON UNIVERSITY MASTER'S THESIS ENTITLED "PHOSPHORUS CONCENTRATIONS IN SURFACE; SUBSURFACE; AND GROUNDWATER OF SIX VIRGINIA PIEDMONT AND COASTAL PLAIN WETLANDS" BY REBECCA M.
