THE STATION WAS AT SNOW CREEK AT THE ENTRANCE POINT OF A WETLAND AT BERGER PRESERVE OUTSIDE OF FREDERICKSBURG AND SPOTSYLVANIA COUNTY BATTLEFIELDS MEMORIAL NATIONAL MILITARY PARK (FRSP). THE STREAM WAS SAMPLED AS PART OF A THESIS TO STUDY THE MECHANISMS OF PHOSPHORUS RETENTION IN WETLANDS. DATA ARE FROM A GEORGE MASON UNIVERSITY MASTER'S THESIS ENTITLED "PHOSPHORUS CONCENTRATIONS IN SURFACE; SUBSURFACE; AND GROUNDWATER OF SIX VIRGINIA PIEDMONT AND COASTAL PLAIN WETLANDS" BY REBECCA M.
