DATA ARE FROM PROFESSIONAL SERVICE INDUSTRIES; INC. PROJECT NUMBER 51344008; "DRAFT REPORT SITE INSPECTION; CHARLESTON HARBOR SITE; CONCORD STREET; CHARLESTON; SOUTH CAROLINA;" JUNE 1994.
