A PERMANENT REFERENCE MARKER WAS PLACED IN THE CENTER OF THE EBEY ROAD SURFACE 10.4 FEET ABOVE THE 0.0 FEET TIDE HEIGHT. WATER QUALITY DATA ARE FROM THE 1980 REPORT "WHIDBEY ISLAND INTERTIDAL AND SHALLOW SUBTIDAL BENTHOS;" WRITTEN BY H.H.
