The gage is on left bank approximately 0.4 miles upstream from confluence with Middle and North Forks Talufofo Stream, 1.4 miles south of Ogso Dogas, and 2.2 miles southeast of Tanapag. The gaging station was first established October 1, 1968, and moved to its present location 0.2 miles upstream on March 31, 1971. Prior to March 31, 1971, drainage area was 0.73 square miles. This station has an additional ID from USGS-NWIS of 16801000 with the station name of SF Talufofo Stream, Saipan, CNMI.
