MonitoringLocationDescriptionText Site Fe samples ground water from a threefoot deep well below the road near culvert 21. Acid seepage at the break in slope has created an iron mound approximately 45x100 feet in area. The site is bounded on the south side by a bank of mine spoil, and the foot of the hill is bounded by a berm, which is also constructed of mine spoil. Chemical parameters at this location are very similar to Site 1Fe.
