POSSIBLY A DRAIN FOR THE LOBSTER TANKS. INSPECTED AGAIN ON 10-15-12 AND COULD NOT LOCATE; THUS, CHANGE STATION TO INACTIVE. STATION COORDINATES WERE REVISED OCTOBER 2012 TO MORE CLOSELY REFLECT THE LIKELY LOCATION OF THE SOURCE (PREVIOUS COORDINATES PLACED THE STATION IN THE BLACKWATER RIVER; SEE 2011 POLLUTION SOURCE SHAPEFILE).
